Mercantile Mountain Return Policy
At Mercantile Mountain, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely pleased with your order, our return policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.
Return Window
Standard Returns: You have 28 days from the date of fulfillment to initiate a return for a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges and Store Credit: Returns for exchanges or store credit can be initiated within 35 days from the date of fulfillment.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
The item is unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags still attached.
The return is initiated within the specified return window.
Return Process
Initiate Return: Contact us to inform us of your intent to return or exchange an item.
Prepare Package: Securely pack the items. If available, please use the original packaging.
Attach Label: Attach the provided return shipping label to the package.
Ship Item: Drop off the package within 28 days to your nearest carrier location.
Processing: Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund, gift card, or exchange accordingly.
Return Shipping
Domestic Returns (Within the United States): We offer free return shipping for domestic returns. A prepaid shipping label will be provided upon return initiation.
International Returns: Currently, we do not support international returns.
Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5 days after the returned item is in transit back to us.
Handling Fee: A flat-rate handling fee of $12.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and restocking.
Exchanges
Processing Time: Exchanges will be processed within 5 days after the returned item is in transit back to us.
Instant Exchanges: For faster service, you can opt for an instant exchange by authorizing a temporary hold of $1 on your credit card. The exchanged item will be shipped immediately, and you'll only be charged if the returned item isn't mailed within 14 days.
Store Credit
Processing Time: Store credits will be issued within 5 days after the returned item is in transit back to us.
Bonus Credit: Choose store credit and receive an additional 10% bonus, up to a maximum of $50.00.
Keep Item Option
For items valued under $33.00, you may have the option to keep the item and still receive a refund or exchange. This option is subject to review and approval.
Shop Now Feature
Convert your refund into an exchange immediately using our "Shop Now" feature. Opting for this allows you to receive your new item faster.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to arrange a return or exchange.
